Thievery
Here you can carry out thievery operations including gathering information (intel) of an opponent, stealing his resources or harming him.
For you to have a greater chance of success you will need to have a higher ratio of thieves per acre (tpa) of your land than your opponent.
Depending on which style of play you choose will determine how much tpa you will have, an attacker will have a very small amount compared to a thief/mage (t/m) who will have many.
Your thieves require an amount of stealth to operate, if the stealth level drops below 10% they will not carry out any ops.
Thieves do act as a defence against an opponent trying to do any theivery ops against you so yes you will still need them even if you play as an attacker!
