Science
Here is where you improve certain areas of your province allowing you to be a more powerful player.Usually your kingdom (kd) will agree a timescale when you will "pump" science (sci).
This can be done a number of ways, you can buy science (sci), you can build libraries (libs) that generate sci or you could choose the sage personality where elites (leets) at home generate a small amount of science (sci).
At the start of the age it is not advisable to buy sci as it is very expensive, the costs go down as the age progresses.
When your kingdom (kd) choose to pump sci you will need to change your building strategy (build strat) to allow you to generate more sci points in a short period of time, ask one of your kd mates the build strat you will need as this will depend on what point in the age you are and the cost of buying the points.
Sci points can be allocated to 7 areas and each area is more important depending on the style of play you choose:
Housing, will increase the amount of peasantry in your lands which in return will fill more jobs, create more income and building efficiency (be) and allow you to have a bigger army.
Alchemy, will increase your income.
Tools, will increase your building efficiency (be) making them more productive.
Food, will increase the amount of food each farm will produce allowing you to dedicate more land to other build types.
Channelling, will increase the chances of spells being successful, increase the effect of the spell and your towers will produce more runes.
Crime and deciet, will improve your thievery ops aswell as improve your thievery defence.
Military, will make your army lose less troops when making an attack, very useful if you run an expensive all elite (leet) army.
