From here you can choose to change your password or delete your account, you can also defect your province into another kingdom (kd) if you feel the grass may be greener but it will come at a cost, you will lose around 15% of everything you have and you are limited to how many times you can do this, currently it is once per realtime month.
You can also put your province into vacation mode for example, if you have that all important business trip planned and you cant dedicate any time to the game, it is advisable to contact your monarch and let him know you plan to do this as he has the power to release your province from vacation mode and thus any protection from outside hostile operations against you.
Vacation mode starts at a minimum of 3 Utopian months which is 3 realtime days.
