Every organisation needs to have a good leader and here is where you vote for yours.
Once you have elected yours the monarch will be the player who decides the direction of your kingdom (kd) to lead all of you into glory.
The monarch will need a majority vote to be elected as king or queen of your kindom and will have made a good impression either as the monarch in the previous round (age) or in his/her pre election speech.
If the monarch fails to deliver what he/she stated to achieve they would be voted back out again just as quick as they were voted in.
So the monarch is there to direct you to acheive what he has set out to achieve for the majority of all the players in your kd, if you decide not to follow his leadership then the majority of the kindom may choose your fate.
